Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, the product must be:

• Unused and unworn
• Unwashed and free from any damage or alteration
• Returned with all original tags and labels attached
• In its original packaging, with all accessories or complimentary items included

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or exchange.

If you've received the wrong size or would like to exchange an eligible product, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. If the size or product you need is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead according to our refund policy.

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — in that case, you may request a return after delivery, provided the order is eligible under our return policy.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. For faster assistance, please share:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging and shipping label
• A short video of the package being opened, where available

Certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange, including:

• Products purchased during a final-sale or clearance promotion
• Customized or personalized products
• Products that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
• Products returned without original tags or packaging
• Products otherwise marked as non-returnable on the product page
